Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driver-focused Loyalty Club Supervisor to join our team and take full ownership of the driver loyalty program. In this role, you will design, lead, and continuously develop the driver loyalty club to increase engagement, grow driver lifetime value (CLV), and reduce fleet churn. You will also ensure the fleet's operational supply needs are fully met by building strong alignment between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Own, lead, and develop the driver loyalty program and club end to end
Continuously analyze loyalty program performance and driver engagement KPIs
Review and approve driver incentive schemes and oversee how rewards are granted
Monitor churn rate and design initiatives to improve driver retention
Track and supervise fleet fulfillment to ensure operational supply requirements are met
Negotiate with internal and external vendors to secure services and benefits for drivers
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules and processes
Partner with the product team on configuration, bug fixes, and technical improvements to the loyalty platform
Design and run engagement campaigns that increase driver lifetime value (CLV)
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, fulfillment rates, driver service usage, CLV, and campaign ROI
Evaluate vendors and outsourcing partners against agreed KPIs
Develop the annual loyalty club strategy, incentive budgeting, and long-term fleet supply planning

Required Qualifications:

BS degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, customer/driver retention, or a comparable operational role
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in retention metrics such as churn rate, CLV, engagement rate, and CSAT
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Proven experience in vendor negotiation and partner management
Ability to collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams and turn business needs into workable processes
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment
