Job Description
- Implementing Sales strategy and plan in collaboration of marketing team, study and suggest Sales Plan for achieving Annual sales target -Develop Sales capabilities of Sales team and identify development areas respectively - Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with accounts and distributors - Close collaboration with supply chain and forecasting by market potential and competitors data - Build up strong relationship with main KOLs in related disease area - Preparing budget planning of the company based on Sales target and updating quarterly with Business head and Finance department - Build up Business development plan of the company in Neurology field -Insure a close relationship with Neurology Society based on Company plan and strategy - Leading and coaching Neurology team, responsible for promoting Neurology products (new launches) - Controlling and monitoring team reports - Implementing improvement plan for each member of the team and preparing appraisal forms - Preparing needed presentation and reporting
Requirements
- Age:30-40 - Minimum five years’ experience in Pharmaceutical companies with at least two years’ experience in Neurology field - Preferably with Medical back ground - Flexible for travelling inside and outside the country - Well in communication skills - Well in coaching and leading a team
