Job Description
• This position is simply the connection between Supply Chain, Sales and Finance departments.
• Responsible for entering, controlling and registration of all the payments, invoices and financial claim, in close relationship with the financial manager.
• Keeping daily records of stocks and raw materials in the warehouses, in close relationship with supply chain manager, warehouses and suppliers.
• Analyzing the figures of available stocks and raw materials in order to assess the production capability considering the targets.
• Preparing the production plans and sales targets.
• Putting orders with production lines and suppliers.
• Calculating, controlling and analyzing the finished goods costing.
• Responsible for sales and production reports.
