• Overall control of the company's financial function
• Financial planning and related ongoing advice for the chief executive and senior management board
• Formulating financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy determined by the board

• Preparing annual accounts of the company and financial recommendation regarding to annual accounts
• Lead and develop finance teams
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly updates and reports
• Handling treasury related matters
• Managing the company financial accounting, monitoring and reporting.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Requirements
• University degree : BA, MS or relevant degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business management/Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in related fields and 4 years in the same position
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong ability in work and tax laws
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• A team player with ability to take initiative and solve problems.
