Job Description

-Manage the finance department and take a leading role in training and coaching the finance team -Management and controlling the personnel and its subdivision -Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports -Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predicting future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly -Develop, maintain and analyze cost accounting and other financial reports that will lead to recommendations which will in turn help modify and improve business operations, revenues and expenses -Responsible for meeting all obligations of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, Social Security Organization, and other governmental organizations -Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts -Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and work effectively -Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements -Prepare fiscal financial statements including balance sheet and income statement -Responsible for timely payment of salaries, travel expenses and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance and other government obligations and reporting on the same -Responsible for personnel’s financial and administrative affairs Coordination with other finance managers within the same group to implement contractual obligations and ensure timely settlement of accounts -Preparation of fiscal financial and statements including balance sheet and income statement -Develop & implement company’s financial policies & procedures -Evaluating annual budget based on interim financial statements and adjust it, if necessary -Checking & controlling benefit & loss of projects -Participating in developing the budget and financial planning -Integration and consolidation of annual budget of the company and preparation of annual budget of the company -Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Accounting / Finance fields -At least 15 years of experience, including 5 years as financial manager -Knowledge of tax, insurance and financial laws and standards -Skilled in preparing financial reports and statements -Familiar with banking affairs and procedures -Skillful at accounting & financial software -Good command of English -Strong communication and negotiation skills -Ideal age: 35 - 45
