List of responsibilities: Providing financial guidance and support to clients and colleagues so they can make sound business decisions
- Providing and interpreting financial information
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory Organisations such as the Inland Revenue
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines managing budgets
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities supervising staff
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
- Addressing all of the tax-related problems.
- Reporting to: CEO of the company.
- Subordinates: 2 accountants and 1 financial Broker.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
- Working hours: Friday to Wednesday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Travel requirements: None.
- Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Residential Place-Annual Functional Bonus.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc or higher grade in Accounting, Financial or other related majors.
- Other certifications obtained: Accounting related Certificates.
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 3 years of related Occupation.
