Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Oversee budget preparation and manage financial forecasting. - Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance and financial integrity. - Monitor cash flow, manage investment portfolios, and enhance asset performance. - Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate tax planning activities. - Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
