Kasra Industrial Coatings Consulting Group, a pioneer in delivering industrial anti-corrosion coating solutions in Iran, is expanding its finance team. We are seeking a Finance Manager who can combine strong hands-on execution with strategic leadership—a manager who not only leads and makes decisions but is also actively involved in daily financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Operational / Hands-on (Daily tasks)
Recording, monitoring, and reviewing daily financial transactions in Sepidar software.
Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash accounts, receivables, and payables.
Controlling the flow of financial documents and maintaining proper archiving.
Reviewing payroll, insurance, and tax reports and submitting them to relevant authorities.
Managing expenses, petty cash, and personnel cost controls.
Preparing and submitting tax declarations (seasonal, VAT, performance) and related reports in the Taxpayers’ System.
Active presence at tax authorities and insurance organizations, following up on cases, and attending tax-related meetings.
Collaborating with auditors and responding to financial and audit requests.
Monitoring inventory write-offs, stock control, and accurate registration in accounts.
Preparing internal reports and providing regular financial updates to management.
Attending internal meetings and presenting key financial insights.
Managerial / Strategic
Designing, planning, and executing the company’s financial strategies.
Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
Managing and monitoring bank facilities and credit lines (loans, repayments, obligations).
Controlling and supervising inventory, stock management, and cost of goods sold.
Preparing and delivering managerial, financial, and analytical reports to the Deputy CEO.
Conducting financial risk analysis and providing improvement solutions.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, insurance obligations, and accounting standards.
Negotiating and liaising with banks, financial institutions, and trade platforms (e.g., NTB, domestic LCs).
Leading and enhancing the finance team through effective management and leadership.
Optimizing financial processes and implementing efficient internal controls.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in trading companies, including at least 4 years in a financial management role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws (corporate tax, VAT, seasonal, payroll), and the Taxpayers’ System.
Practical experience in warehouse, inventory, and cost of goods management.
Proficiency in Sepidar software; advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Proven track record in leading and managing finance teams with strong managerial ethics.
Practical experience in obtaining and managing bank loans and credit facilities.
Strong financial analysis, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
