• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Monitor all aspects of costs (Variable and fixed) and develop controls. (Internal checks and controls)
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Develop internal control on customer's claims to ensure no duplicate or wrong claims.
• Ensure all statutory compliance with MOF (Tax, VAT and withholding tax) and Insurance organization.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
Requirements
• Having minimum BA degree in related fields
• Able to deal with complexity
• Knowledge in financial planning and strategy
• At least 10 years related working experience and 5 years of managerial experience
