Financial Manager – Beverage Factory (Yazd)
Reports to:
Factory Manager (Yazd) and Finance Department – Head Office (Amol)
Job Purpose:
Plan, manage, and oversee all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities of the Yazd beverage factory to ensure financial health, transparency in reporting, and support for production and development decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Management
Develop annual financial plans aligned with production and factory development goals
Forecast cash flow and manage working capital
Accounting & Reporting
Supervise accounting entries, statutory books, and financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the head office
Budgeting & Cost Control
Design and oversee budgets for production and development projects
Monitor expenses and analyze variances against the budget
Taxation & Insurance
Handle tax affairs, VAT, social security, and payroll tax compliance
Coordinate with tax authorities and financial consultants
Internal Audit & Compliance
Establish and implement internal financial controls
Cooperate with internal and external auditors
Support Production & Development Operations
Collaborate with production managers for raw material purchasing plans
Manage supplier payments and monitor financial inventory
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the factory’s accounting and finance team
Provide training, performance evaluation, and capability building
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience in manufacturing industries (preferably food & beverage)
Proficiency in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems
Ability to negotiate with banks, tax authorities, and suppliers
Leadership and team management skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s is an advantage)
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial financial role within a manufacturing environment
