
Job Description
- Assistant to financial manager - Develops and revises accounting systems, procedures and controls (efficiency and reliability) - Ensured adherence to all control policies and procedures (control of expense notes, purchase orders, vouchers and accounting bookings) - Develops and maintains relationships with banks, auditors and tax authorities - Ensure to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by outside auditors - Fixed Assets management - Follows up Aged Payable and Receivable Balance - Credit collector supervision of agent - Claim tax - Payroll management - Check vouchers monthly - Strong problem solving skill. Working independently - Strong analysis, communication and interpersonal skill - Statistic report regarding financial and operation - Streamline and improve our working procedure
Requirements
- University/college degree major in Accounting/Finance - Excellent communication skills in English and Persian, oral and written - Associated working experience preferred - Tax law knowledge - Capable to writing formal report in English - Quick learner, be able to work under pressure and tight deadline - Self motivated, patient, reliable sense of responsibilities - Good computer skill in Microsoft Office, familiar with some accounting software and general computer familiarity is required
