Job Description

  • Monitor the closing process and check the P&L during the closing for HO, shopping mall, central maintenance, marketing, and DC assets.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews.
  • Prepare annual budgets and periodical forecasts, working cross-functionally across the organization, to help drive a predictable and high-performance culture within the organization with clear instruction.
  • Make a proposal to improve business performance.
  • Create and lead committees on working capital, and cost-cutting.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Good knowledge of IAS/IFRS and internal policies and procedures.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability of leadership support, coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reports.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to deadlines.
