Regarding three main departments in the company, primary responsibilities as general and special key ones for each department are as follow: Primary Responsibilities: • Providing and interpreting financial information; • Conducting reviews and evaluations of business proposals; • Financial Modeling of different deals and transactions; • Monitoring relevant key economic indicators; • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. ....................................................................... Financing Department: The financial analyst plays a critical role in our organization who will be reporting to the financing & underwriting manager to support senior management and the board of directors and to enable them to make sound business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Engineering and designing Financial Instruments; • Developing financial regulations and legislation related to the new designed instruments; • Insightful financial analysis with a risk based approach; • Master Planning of financing methods; • Cash flow analysis and prediction of future trends; • Management of the securities offering process; • International financing and associating with foreign affairs. ....................................................................... Financial Services Department: • Knowledge of Valuation models and techniques; • Familiarity with the process of offering and listing of securities in Iranian Financial Markets; • Feasibility study and business planning; • Public and Private Partnership; • Clear budgetary and business planning; • Financial risk management. ....................................................................... Asset Management Department: • Portfolio and wealth Management; • Investment consulting; • Brokerage services; • Market making and trading; • Private Banking.
