Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and agile Finance and Admin Executive to join our talented team. Based in Tehran and reporting to the Managing Director, you will assist with all finance operational activities and liaise with finance colleagues in Singapore. In addition, you will support all workplace and office administration matters. Finance Responsibilities Assist in all government activities such as SSO, Tax office etc. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Handle month-end closing Managing petty cash transactions Preparing bank reconciliations Consolidate staff expense claims Admin Responsibilities Monitoring/ordering of office and pantry supplies Admin support in receiving guests, answer phone calls, emails distribution Help with travel arrangements and organizing events Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Good communication skills Meticulous and strong follow up Strong sense of prioritization with ability to multi-task Must be fluent in English
