Job Description

Overall control and safeguard of the company's resources and assets, also responsible for the accountability of the financial matters of the company. Provides direction and leadership in accounting such as payroll, contract, cash management, accounts payables / receivables, data control, reconciliation, and / or related fields. Main responsibilities: - To be responsible for the management of all the financial matters of the company. - Oversees and processing of revenue, expenditures, account maintenance, pay social security and data entry, ensuring compliance according to national and international accounting standards, policies and regulations. - Directing the company's financial planning, prepares fiscal and budget reporting. - Monitor and manage all cash flows, daily and monthly reconciliations. - Manage and follow up all accounts receivables and minimize bad debts. - Articulate and administrative short and long term financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved. - Provide reporting to Itsalat Express' shareholders according to company policy. - Liaison and controlling warehouse stock movement. - Liaise with commercial banks and financial institutions for optimal treasury management. - Liaise with all government authorities regarding proper fiscal management and meeting taxation rules (sales tax, income tax,..). - Monitoring inter-company accounts in cooperation with the operations department. - Cooperate with external auditors and meet all auditing requirements according to national and international standards. - Generate all internal and external financial reports. - To participate when needed in ordering and purchasing new equipment, maintaining software and consumables necessary for the proper function of the company. - To carry out other duties in the field assigned by the executive director. - Develop and own the budgeting process and the operational plans, update the quarterly forecast. - Oversee and prepare the month end and year end process which include the financial statements, cash flow, etc.. and then timely submission. - Develop management reporting concerning finance, sales, marketing and other activities on monthly basis. - Develop and train staff. Reporting to: Managing Director and Group CFO. Other interactions: Sales director, HR director, Customer care director.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have high level managerial skills combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Preferably Master's degree in Business Administration, accounting or finance. • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) • Related experience preferably in International companies (preferably FMCG). • Prior experience in industries with high turn-over margin is an advantage. • Good computer skills (especially Excel and Financial Software
