Job Description
The Company We are acting on behalf of a leading General Contracting firm based in Tehran which has operations across the country and also in the region which is looking to hire a Finance Director. This position would suit someone who has previously had exposure to leading a sizeable project based finance function for the service industry. The Role The successful Finance Director will take full responsibility for the following: Monitor the group performance and prepare all financial reporting, manage the strategic planning and budgets across all zones, design and implement robust financial control, source and implement a new financial systems, manage all audit and investment relationships, lead commercial agreements and contract negotiations, manage and lead all banking relationships, improve budgeting process. Other duties will involve managing a sizeable Finance Team and lead complicated projects.
Requirements
The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant and will have previous experience of at least 10 years in C-level of dealing across an international spectrum. This is very much a senior appointment so the ability to drive change and influence is critical. Sector wise exposure to oil, gas and construction is appreciated.
