
Job Description
• Manage the accounting, finance and administration components of the program in company • Provide financial management advice on revisions of budgets, preparing periodical forecasts and any amendments needed • Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures. • Work closely with General Manager in preparation of business plan and operational budget. • Assist in implementing standard accounting policies. • Create budget and monitoring in cooperation with the CEO and other management team members • Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records. • Supervise preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely fashion. • Responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s operational systems • Manage all financial and administrative issues
Requirements
• Graduated in Economics, finance, accounting or other relevant discipline • Five years of experience in finance and administrative management • Strong analytical and computer skills, especially with accounting software, spreadsheets and financial analysis • Target-driven and achievement oriented management style • Sound knowledge of financial management & control rules and practices • The ability to guarantee proper management of overall finance and administration matters • The ability to coordinate cost saving measures and keep the overhead costs to the minimum
