Job Description
- Register customers on the platform and encourage current and potential customers to activate their accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer satisfaction, product performance, and competitive activities.
- Promote, promote, and sell Digicell’s B2B platform to stores.
- Build, develop, and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Communicate with customers in person.
- Complete sales reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a field sales representative in the mobile market.
- Ability to build professional and constructive business relationships.
- Experience in mobile sales and having communication networks in the mobile market.
