Job Description

● Defining category short-term and long-term growth strategy considering competitors and market conditions. ● Defining assortment and brand strategy. ● Vendor hunting strategy definition and lead generation management. ● Owning category sales in Tehran and other cities. ● Setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales targets. ● Vendor segmentation and specified plan for main partners. ● Managing distribution of vendors in different areas. ● Splitting category targets between different vendor segmentations. ● Managing home pages and vendor pages of Tehran and other cities. ● Performing vendor rate management. ● Pricing strategy. ● P&L management. ● Managing hunter and KA agents to achieve goals of the category. ● Category operations and legal challenges management. ● Defining campaigns, home page management, and conversion rate improvement. ● Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other teams in order to implement the projects.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in related fields. ● Minimum three years of work experience in the e-commerce field. ● Related market knowledge. ● Strong analytical skills. ● A problem solver and solution provider. ● Team management skills and experience. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Customer-centric and vendor-centric. ● Cross-departmental communication skills. ● Multitasking and prioritizing them until meeting deadlines.
