Factory Production Manager

Job Description

We seek to hire an experienced factory production manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that other factory goals are met. Factory Manager's responsibilities include planning for the maintenance of the building and equipment if necessary, scenic walking on the factory floor to monitor the factory factory performance and ensuring that other conditions of production orders are met. You must also follow health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. As a factory manager, your job will include the following: ● Supervise the production of products. ● Development and implementation of innovative strategies to simplify the factory. ● Recruitment and training of workers. ● Quality control to execute processes. ● Regular inspection of products and their production process. ● Make sure that the factory machines work properly. ● Production planning, production control and inventory control. ● Experiences and analysis of generated data to identify and solve problems generated. ● Prepare production reports and send them to the main recipients. ● Motivate the workers in the factory to continuously achieve the goals of the factory. ● Planning and implementation of personnel welfare issues. ● Supervision of all personnel and factory affairs. ● Monitoring the entry and exit of purchased items and products sold and warehousing. ● Strict monitoring of safety and HSE regulations. ● Supervising the observance of work order of all factory personnel.
