Job Description

This role requires at least five years of managerial, and technical experience with a deep understanding of manufacturing's latest technology in building hardware or any related field. Also, be very good at team building, analytics, planning, partnership, government requirements, and all stakeholders. Factory Manager. Build, Implement and manage all processes of production and technical control of all organizational procedures including: Roles: ● Plan to build all the new lines. ● Engineering of new products. ● Research and development. ● Plan and maintain planning - design of key indicators. ● Implement productivity systems with the latest methods. ● Risk management. ● Quality control. ● Manage the productivity and all machines. ● Manage the company's profitability and growth.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. ● At least five years of experience. ● Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. ● Time management and ability to work under pressure. ● Excellent teamwork and team development skills. ● Full knowledge of the molding process. ● Full knowledge of plating and coating process. ● Full knowledge of the die-casting process.
