Job Description

● Preparing and presenting the monthly production plan and providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the production plan, receiving daily reports of the production department, and trying to produce following the plan. ● Human resources management of the factory. ● Technical and economic evaluation of suppliers' proposals due to purchasing materials. ● Receiving quality unit performance reports and making necessary decisions regarding non-conformities of input materials, production process, and final product. ● Ensuring the implementation of risk management. ● Reporting to the CEO about the rework costs, percentage of quality of non-compliant products, cost of waste, and providing suggestions for improvement. ● Communication with external institutions and organizations. ● Ensuring the establishment of the quality management system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Industrial Management. ● At least 12 years of management experience in the field of home appliances (production of refrigerators). ● Age range: 40 to 45 years old (Preferably Male). ● Ability to plan, organize and coordinate between different units. ● Familiarity with the field of machinery, capacity measurement of machines, and production lines. ● Ability to resolve organizational conflicts. ● Mastering the principles of planning and production. ● Fluent in warehouse planning and logistics. ● Mastering the principles of ordering and supplying parts. ● Mastering the project control process. ● Dominate the field of home appliance production. ● Fluent in quality control issues. ● Workplace: The factory is located in Ahmedabad.
