
Job Description
The Facilities Manager at Bozorgan Foroosh oversees the maintenance and operations of our physical facilities in Tehran. This position ensures a safe, functional, and efficient work environment, leveraging mechanical engineering expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for building systems
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts related to facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and supervise facility upgrades and renovations
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations and budgets
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in facilities management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
