• Liaising with clients to identify their requirements.
• Serve as a quality assurance supervisor for all processes related to facilities engineering works.
• Identify problems related to the execution of facilities engineering works.
• Check and certify the quantities of facilities engineering works stated by the contractor in the respective certificate of payment.
• Prepare relevant technical documentation and works execution report.
• Any other related duties, as required.
• Coordination in all kinds of purposes related to drawings.
• Supervising all mechanical works on the site.
Requirements
• Mechanical facilities for semi-industrial, administrative, and residential buildings.
• Piping
• HVAC
• At least 10 years of work experience.
• Able to work well with others.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
