● Market analysis, negotiating, and communicating constantly to stay up-to-date and ready to compete.
● Developing, maintaining, and fostering relationships with key customers in target markets to engage fully with appropriate levels in the customer community.
● Evaluating and implementing trading strategies.
● Coordinating the relationships between the company and customers on business info exchange (sales terms and conditions) and marketing that leads to the conclusion of term sales contracts.
● Aligning with the logistics department and following up export legislation to coordinate the international shipments of our product and staying competitive in the international market& ensuring positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
● Following up and providing regular reports (financial results, sales performance, challenges in markets, and market information) to our top management and proposing the best problem-solving practices that are compatible with the company vision and policies.
