Job Responsibilities: -Develop and implement international sales and market expansion strategies -Identify and acquire foreign clients and distributors -Negotiate contracts and manage export operations -Oversee logistics, shipping, and customs procedures -Conduct market research and competitor analysis -Lead and develop the international sales team -Monitor foreign receivables and manage commercial risks
Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, MBA, or related fields -Minimum 5 years of experience in export or international sales -Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written business communication) -Strong negotiation and communication skills -Results-oriented with strong leadership capabilities -Leadership and development of international sales teams -Distributor and key account management -Strategic decision-making capability -Commercial and currency risk management -Ability to define and achieve sales KPIs
