Job Description
-Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods
-Expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers
-Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process
-Ensure the shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
-Good command of all stages of export and customs operations and clearance
-Good command of marketing and market opening and customer relationship
-Good attention to detail, this includes continuously monitoring shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery
