
Job Description
• Perform all tasks related to incoming and outgoing calls • Perform all task associated with secretarial affairs • Review and evaluate all corporate requests and requirements • Participate in the preparation of company regulations and guidelines • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents • Save clientele contact details • Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations for management • Maintain schedules and calendars • Collect documents and reports from various departments and present to management • Collect personnel daily reports • Check emails • Greet and manage the proper reception of guests • Arrange for the proper dispatch and filing of all outgoing letters and documents • Impart and follow up on tasks assigned to other departments on behalf of management • Report on all upcoming events • Inform management of important incidents • Plan and coordinate tasks • Assist in company development and protection of company assets • Perform all tasks with precise execution as mentioned in the job description • Perform any other duties requested by management • Reporting to: Managing Director • Candidate must reside in the North or North West of Tehran • Working Hours: Sat-Wed 8:00-17:00 / Thu 8:00-14:00 • Probation Period: 1 month
Requirements
• Age Range: 25-35 • Sex: Female • Marital Status: Single • Preferably 5 year experience in a relevant field • Preferably holding a bachelor degree in communications • Must have a fundamental understanding of the principles and concepts of secretarial work • Must be familiar with administrative tasks and procedures • Complete knowledge of MS-Office software and the Internet • Citizen of The Islamic Republic of Iran • No history of criminal convictions • No history of substances abuse • Confident, creative, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible with excellent communication skills • Make optimum use of time, intelligent with high work ethics • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, trustworthy and excellent work skills • Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations • Excellent teamwork skills • The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand • The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you • Auditory Attention
