-Manage client’s calls, messages, office supplies, correspondence, presentations, coordinating with division supervisors
-Schedule meetings/appointments, answering calls, handling emails and documentation
-Keeping up to date with schedules and event calendars
-Perform administrative activities, handle and follow-up travel arrangements & other logistical support
-Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
-Coordinating with different divisions
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of relative experience
-Good command of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
-Advanced communication and personal skills
-Integrity and confidentiality
-Time Management
-Fluent in English
