Job Description

The executive secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The executive secretary reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing senior level secretarial and clerical services for other directors. The candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: 1. Office administration 2. Purchasing 3. Human resource 4. Team building 5. Bookkeeping skills 6. Analytical and problem solving skills 7. Decision making skills 8. Effective verbal and listening communication skills 9. Computer skills 10. Time management skills

Requirements

1. 5 years of extensive and proven experience 2. Proficient using MS/ Office tools (Word, Power Point and Excel) 3. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and professional appearance 4. Ability of team working 5. Extensive and documented computer and software knowledge/ skills 6. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management 7. Needs to have strong organizational and coordination skills 8. Professional demeanor with the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive and privileged information 9. Must be self motivated to initiate and complete a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision 10. Possess excellent English and Farsi oral, written and communications skills 11. Must speak fluent in both English and Farsi
