
Job Description
Main Responsibilities: • Perform all secretarial and administrative functions • Manage the daily routine of the office as well as plan upcoming engagements Taking instruction and work programs of the operating management. • Obtaining management orders and delivers them to the relevant agent. • Receiving messages relevant to the manager and the manager as soon as possible. • Receiving correspondence, letters, based on the separation of control and indicator, respectively, recorded in the office. • Responsible for telephone calls between management and operating within and outside the company. • Preparing documents, letters, reports and minutes of management for approval or signature. • Archiving records and issue letters and correspondence, minutes and reports. Reporting to: Deputy Managing Director / Managing Director
Requirements
- Be highly trustworthy and reliable - Hold a Bachelor's degree - Be fluent and accurate in spoken and written English - Have accurate touch typing skills (in Farsi and English) - Possess general administrative skills - Be able to work under pressure and have a "can do" attitude - Have excellent attention to detail - Possess great communication and negotiation skills
