Job Description

• Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.) of company • Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions, reports, prepare and co-ordinate the preparation, submission of summary briefs and reports to the related person • Liaise with departmental and corporate staff and with other organizations and associations • Organizing meetings and event management as required. Also Co-ordination of agenda • Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation...) for executives if needed. • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking • Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way •Preparing and handling letters in Farsi and English •Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines •Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required •Good communication skills in English as well as a decent command of writing in English • Excellent time management and perfect attention to details • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and be pro-active in seeking solutions to problems • Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful and a good team player, • Above average skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). Being familiar to other programs are an advantage but not essential • Ability to work autonomously • Perfect attention to details, • An understanding and willingness to support the work culture of the corporate •Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40 • Previous experience: 3-5 years experience as similar position • Office Location: Pasdaran
