Main responsibilities:
● Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including phones, faxes, and email.
● File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
● Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
● Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
● Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
● Make travel arrangements for executives.
● Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
● Manage and maintain executive schedules.
● The number of staff to be recruited in this position: 1 person.
● Job duration: Permanent position.
● Desired start date: ASAP.
● Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.- 17:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in English or Public Relations.
● Must have 5 years of experience.
● Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Typing, and the Internet.
Specialist knowledge:
● Familiar with related software.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Able to work under pressure.
● Having full knowledge of English including fluency in speaking and writing and listening is demanded.
● Time management skills.
● Motivated.
● Able to prioritize own workload and handle multiple deadlines.
● Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old.
