● Consult and transfer clients to the proper section.

● Coordinating with all sections.

Requirements
● Other certifications obtained: Bachelor's degree.
● Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years of experience.
● Soft skills and personality traits: Communication, top public relations, honest, accuracy and precision in teamwork spirit, very clean and tasteful, the ability to entertain guests, trustworthy and honest in the financial and non-financial affairs of the office, active, multitasks person.
● Fluent in English .
● Familiar with accounting.
● Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Internet, etc.).
● Familiar with visa and immigration matters.
● Effective work experience for the job of secretary and office manager.
● Well-groomed appearance in accordance with the standards and policies of the collection.
