
Job Description
1- Handling inbound/ outbound communication professionally with both local suppliers as well as international clients. 2. Preparing daily reports and updating the CRM in ongoing bases. 3. Maintaining company’s corporate site and social network contents in ongoing bases. 4. Plan, organize and follow up meetings, and other business events with both local suppliers and international clients. 5. Make all necessary travel arrangements for both local and international trips. 6. Superior customer service skills covering the entire sales cycle including but not limited to market survey, sampling, cold calling, up-selling, follow-ups, preparing quotations, price-lists and company presentation. 7. Any other duties deemed necessary This is not a typical 9~5 job; we look for challenge-seekers who aim to learn, grow and excel both personally and professionally. Our office is located in “Central Tehran”. Occasional local/ international travel and market survey trips may be required.
Requirements
* Education level: BA in Management or Foreign Languages from reputable local or foreign universities. * Experience: at least 2 years’ experience working in a multinational environment as an executive assistant. * Business level fluency in both English and Farsi languages. - IELTS 6.5 or above preferred * Computer Literacy: Advanced level of Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point - ICDL Certified Preferred * Well-developed personality, multitasking, self-managed, positive thinker, motivated, and goal oriented.
