
Job Description
The ERP SCM Coordinator is responsible for analyzing supply chain-related processes, including warehouse, logistics, inventory and documentation within the ERP system. This role assists the SCM team in maintaining consistent data validation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain SCM modules within the ERP system
• Monitor and validate supply chain data for consistency and accuracy
• Document procedures and create user manuals for the SCM-related Module
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate within ERP
• Support SCM team members in preparing internal reports.
• Provide end-user support and training on basic ERP SCM Modules.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality control or ERP-related roles.
• Familiarity with supply chain/inventory/warehouse principles and data validation.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel; ERP exposure is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and willing to support cross-functional teams.
