Job Description
The ERP Production Coordinator supports the production team by managing data related to production orders, material usage, maintenance, and quality within the ERP system. The role focuses on accurate data and assisting with production processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate production-related data such as work orders, material consumption, quality logs and job completions into ERP.
• Assist with maintaining up-to-date records for BOMs and routing in coordination with production planners.
• Generate reports on production performance, material usage, and quality metrics.
• Maintain proper filing of production and quality records.
• Provide end-user support and training on basic ERP Production Modules.
• Document procedures and create user manuals for the Production-related Module
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or ERP-related support role.
• Understanding of basic production workflows and quality terms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
