The ERP Finance Coordinator supports the daily financial process and validates data in the ERP system. This role ensures accurate financial transactions are recorded and assists in maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and understanding of business processes in the financial module, including scoping, configuration and testing.
• Validate financial data (e.g., invoices, payments, journal entries) into the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist with monthly and yearly closing processes by providing accurate data.
• Help reconcile financial data between the ERP system and physical documents.
• Support finance team members in preparing internal reports.
• Follow standard procedures for financial documentation and approvals.
• Provide end-user support and training on basic ERP financial Modules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a finance or ERP-related role.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
