Job Description
Objective: Providing technical service activities at customer sites, such as installation, start up, commissioning and maintenance of printing, converting, binding and extrusion machinery Main responsibilities: - Travelling to different cities of Iran to visit customer plants - Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting as necessary - Train other service engineers - Assistance in installation of machinery - Interpret the operator training sessions after installation - Build a solid foundation on which service contracts will be created, offered and managed - Report to machinery suppliers in English - Support supplier service engineers during their visits in Iran - Work alongside sales team and provide technical information for them - Reporting to: Branch manager - Managing director - Number required: 2 - Probation: 3 to 6 months - Working hours: Standard working hours in Tehran office are 9 to 17 - Thursday: 9 to 13 - Travel requirements: occasional travel within country and abroad
Requirements
- University qualifications: Graduated in Electric/ Electronic or Electro Mechanical Engineering - Previous experience: 2 years - Specialist knowledge: knowledge of Industrial Electronics - General Industrial software skills - Familiar with Microsoft Office - Strong understanding and previous experience in troubleshooting of industrial machinery - Military service done or exempted - Valid passport for International travel - Ideal Age Range: 25 to 45 - Gender Preference: Male - Nationality Preference: Iranian - Language Skills: English or German - Current Residence: Tehran
