Job Description
Cooperating and performing assigned tasks in the maintenance and electrical repairs of machinery
• At least 2 years of related work experience in the food industry or 5 years of unrelated work experience
Familiarity with general electricity (electric motors, contactors, fuses, relays and power circuits)Familiarity with electronic components (capacitors, resistors, diodes, )
Familiarity with electronics (sensors, encoders, drives, servos, PLCs)
Familiarity with specialized electrical software
Familiarity with English
Familiarity with beverage production devices
Familiarity with how to work with technical catalogs
- Main duties and responsibilities
Carrying out tasks assigned by superiors
Periodic visits to machines and recording their status based on the checklist
Replacing high-consumption parts based on the checklist
Repairing and starting up machines during downtime
Providing a complete daily work report on the actions taken to superiors
Receiving spare parts from the warehouse and recording them in the daily work report
Performing annual overhauls of machines
Cooperating in implementing corrective and organizational improvement projects
