Job Description

As a purposeful and effective, proactive and passionate Immigration and Visa Executive on Iran Canada Company, you will meet and call clients on daily basis and consult with them about different categories of immigration such as skill worker, start up, investment or student visa to many countries. In this role, you should support the clients on the issues they face, process the cases according to the financial milestones, and analyze client’s requirements and provide them solutions. Also, you should correspond with Embassy, provide the requested data, and follow up the appeals and final decision applications. Role description: ● Analyzing the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies. ● Consulting students to understand their objectives and background. ● Providing clarification to student’s queries in a professional manner. ● Following-up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails. ● Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved. ● Providing assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission notifications, and information sessions. ● Providing assistance to the students to complete the enrollment forms. ● Completing all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required. ● Informing students about the courses offered and the tuition fees. ● Maintaining a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
