Job Description

- Conducting educational needs assessment - Educational planning based on conducted needs assessment. - Preparing annual educational calendar. - Preparing & updating employees education profiles based on passed and required courses. - Collaborating with educational experts instituted. - Evaluation & determination of educational courses impacts. - Preparing required reports. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Director

Requirements

- Related MS degree in Education Management (Educational Planning) - At least 5 years of experience in the similar position - Only male - Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) - Enthusiastic to learn and hard working - Capable of team working - Enjoy working with people - Analytical & Communication Skills - familiarity with English language - please send Persian and English resumes
