Duty Manager

Job Description

Air France - KLM one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation is currently seeking to recruit a Duty Manager in Tehran Airport station. As Duty Manager, you will be directly responsible for the safe & secure turnaround of the aircraft while on duty, providing passengers with the best customer service possible for all operations linked to check-in, ramp, baggage, transfer, catering and lounge. The Duty Station Manager is also part of the Station Management and could deputize for other managers in their absence. • Supervises all station’s activities for the flights and deputises for the Station Manager in their absence, in order to ensure on-time flight departure and customer satisfaction. • Coordinates locally the implementation of the Station Quality Plan and monitors regularly in order to ensure Station’s excellence. • Monitors and follows up safety issues in order to comply with legal requirements. • Is responsible for additional tasks in order to contribute to the management of operations in the station. • Coordinate with airport authorities, technical department, catering, cargo etc. • Take care of flight plan and/or provision of flight plan to the crew & briefing (when applicable). • Arrange various crew issues like transport, calling time of crew and other crew related matters.
