Drilling Operations Manager

Job Description

Candidates as Drilling Operations Manager will be permanent in our office in Kish South Pars Phases 17 & 18 and must be capable of performing following duties: 1- Continues supervision and control of daily operations, run by well site drilling supervisors. 2- Continues supervision and control of drilling rigs performance. 3- Follow up and arranging required coordination concerning safety regulations. 4- Control and review daily drilling reports. 5- Supervision of required drilling technical services and operations performed by service providers. 6- Follow up and troubleshooting the operational problems. 7- Evaluation of ongoing operations, proposing the practical recommendations to optimize various phases of operations, personnel and drilling rigs activities. 8- Continues analysis of service companies, personnel and equipment. 9- Conducting required daily meetings with all concerned parties i.e. operations personnel, logistics & supports coordinators, service companies supervisors and technicians.
