● Organization and prioritization of the organization's purchasing activities.
● Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
● Contact suppliers for negotiations and contract management.
● Determination of quantity and timing of the deliveries.
● Monitor and update purchase orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements.
● Preparation of forecasts on changes in the market or price as well as on the own demands.
● Control and follow up all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, feedback).
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any other related fields.
● Experience in a similar position is a plus.
● Well-developed negotiation and communication skills.
● Ability to make good decisions and think strategically.
● Ability to analyze data from tables and figures.
