Accountability: The documentation specialist prepares the site folders contacting all necessary documents, reports. Job Summary: The documentation specialist, serving in high level support role, is accountable to prepare documents precisely and of course on time and within scheduled plan.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • University degree in bachelor of science • Fluently able to speak English and communicate with customer’s contact persons in English language. • Two years + of experience in documents telecom implementation projects or related field. • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be in touch with customers’ project members. • Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Qualities of a Successful Document specialist: • Flexible, thoughtful, accountable, and passionate about work • Willingness to learn • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent customer service support and interventions with a ‘can-do’ attitude • Highly organized • Goal driven • Approachable TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Fully experienced with Auto-CAD, Web Based Learning, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software. Working Knowledge: Principles and practices of documentation, safe work practices.
