- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the Advocacy and Communications function
- Promote the rights of refugees and displaced in line with the advocacy strategy
- Identify and report protection needs and gaps, explore and propose new and safer ways to assist.
- Preparing commercial & banking documents
- Executing logistics and transportation and customer service activities in a cost-effective manner
- Negotiate with forwarder companies and arrange shipping of goods
- Handling Local/International Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments and forwarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- At least 1 year of work experience in the international transport/logistics industry
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of IT skills including MS office
- Familiar with all aspect of logistic and negotiation with shipping and transport fleet.
- Excellent organizational and Time Management skills
- Having excellent attention to the details
- Good command of English language skills
- Patient, Punctual, Focused and self-confident with ability to work under pressure.
