Danjeh Art Group, a vibrant participant in the retail and supermarket landscape, seeks a dynamic District Sales Manager in Tehran. This role focuses on driving sales and customer satisfaction across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple retail locations to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports and KPI metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets to optimize performance.
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse control to ensure product availability.
- Design and implement sales campaigns to boost customer engagement.
- Evaluate and enhance team performance to foster a high-performing culture.
- Apply principles of Visual Merchandising to enhance store presentation.
- Ensure customer service standards are met in accordance with retail best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Management.
- Proficient in managing multiple retail branches.
- Experienced in sales analysis and KPI interpretation.
- Skilled in budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Knowledge in inventory management and warehouse control.
- Capable of designing effective sales campaigns.
- Experience in performance management.
- Familiar with Visual Merchandising and retail customer service standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM and retail analysis software.
