Job Description

  • Oversee and manage sales activities within a specific geographic area or territory. The primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Guide sales representatives in effectively showcasing the company's products, highlighting their unique features, and offering solutions.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities that enhance sales representatives' skills and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Recognizing the significance of customer retention and maintaining consistent engagement with existing clients, mainly key accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team and assessing market conditions, monitoring trends, and evaluating product standing within the competitive landscape.
  • Sales monitoring and providing required reports for the sales director and business support team.
