Job Description

- Accountable for the achievement of the pharmacy channel sales volumes, organizational growth, and real internal growth targets by category - Accountable and responsible for monitoring pharmacy channel performance against plan, initiate / recommend corrective measures as required to achieve or surpass Channel Commercial Plan. - Responsible for effective implementation of Channel, Customer and Category sales plans. - Achieve pharmacy channel coverage, core distribution and POP objectives and ensure excellence in execution. - Responsible to identify new channel opportunities and recommend action / activities to exploit them. - Accountable and responsible to manage, control, motivate and evaluate the Pharmacy Channel Sales Team. Responsible for the development of the Channel Sales Team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals.

Requirements

- A university degree in a relevant field. - A minimum of 4 years professional experience in sales force management, direct experience in selling, marketing and building distribution in Iran. - Good communication skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. - Representative at high levels. - Able to inspire trust, professionalism and confidence. - Tenacious work ethic and a sense of urgency in solving problems. - Strong leader and initiator - Capable of working under pressure - Key Account Management skills, Category Management - Understanding Financial / Logistic basics
